Yum, yum and more yum! I just can’t seem to get enough mango but this smoothie quenches my mango thirst – at least until the next time. Simple to make and even simpler to eat. Use frozen mango (if not mango season) and frozen banana. A little plant-based milk, fresh nutmeg (believe me it is so worth it) and a dash of cinnamon and you are all set with a nutritious and tasty breakfast, lunch, snack or dessert.
One cup of mango provides 100% of your daily Vitamin C, 35% of your daily Vitamin A, 12% of your daily fiber and 10% of your daily B6 plus no cholesterol, sodium or unhealthy fat!
Bananas of course give you lots of potassium (12%) to keep your heart going strong, Vitamin B6 (25%), 14% of Vitamin C and 12% of your fiber. Drink up my friend!
