  1. Steam greens until tender and heat beans thoroughly
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to boil
  3. Once boiling, turn off heat and whisk in polenta
  4. Mix in the seasoning and nutritional yeast until thoroughly combined
  5. Add plant-based milk to make mixture more creamy and to desired consistency
  6. Spoon polenta into bowl and top with greens and beans
