Superfoods and super good! Make falafel ahead of time and freeze for later meals. You can buy organic baby kale in the grocery store washed and ready to eat and you can make tzatziki dressing over the weekend and use it all week for lunches. This works for me when I am short on time. It was so good I will be adding this to my list of favs!
