There is nothing quite like the taste combo of hummus, kalamata olives, cukes, red onions and parsley to get my mouth watering. Plus it is served all on a warm flatbread drizzled with Tzatziki Sauce. I feel like I am floating on the Medittarenaean whenever I eat this (or at least I should be!). You can use store bought flatbread and hummus or use my recipe for Vegan Flatbread and/or Traditional Hummus.
