Instructions
  1. Wash kale, de-stem, chop fine, and place in large bowl
  2. Peel carrot and shred and add to the kale bowl
  3. Cook quinoa with water over medium heat until boiling
  4. Cover and reduce heat to simmer
  5. Cook for about 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed
  6. Set aside to cool
  7. Place all ingredients for dressing in a blender and mix until smooth
  8. Add ~1 cup cooled quinoa to the kale & carrot bowl – mix thoroughly
  9. Add dressing until desired coverage
  10. Mix thoroughly
  11. Sprinkle on hemp and sesame seeds
