This pita pizza will really hit the spot. Fast and easy to make and delicious and healthy to eat. All of the right combinations. It is a winner in my book. I don’t know what I love most, the yummy sauce, the crispy pita crust or the way the kale tastes after it has been baked? Or maybe it is that I don’t have to mix up dough and roll it all out every time I have a craving for pizza? I think it is all of those things. I use Manga! Marinara Sauce and then reduce the volume until desired thickness (gently heating in saucepan) to get a tasty pizza sauce. Feel free to mix up your toppings and seasonings. Crunch away!
