  1. Using a high-powered blender, add the milk first and then add the quinoa, strawberries and ice
  2. Blend on high until mixture is smooth
  3. You may need to add more liquid depending on if you are using frozen or fresh strawberries
  4. Add date syrup and mix thoroughly
