This is my favorite prepared Thai Red Curry Paste because it does not have oil and a ton of processed ingredients (ingredients include: red chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, Thai ginger, salt, shallot, spices and kaffir lime). Sounds pretty good right? It is.
