  1. Add broth, peppers, onions and garlic to a large saute pan
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5-7 minutes then add curry paste
  3. Mix in cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas and soy sauce
  4. Cover and reduce heat to low and continue cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until veggies are tender
  5. Stir in cooked rice, tomatoes, basil, cilantro, and coconut milk
  6. Continue cooking until thoroughly heated ~2-3 minutes
