  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Soak lentils overnight, drain and place in food processor and mix until it becomes a paste
  3. Add lentil paste to a medium bowl
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. Using wet hands, form small balls and place on baking sheet
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and add to sauce
  8. While meat balls are baking, cook your choice of pasta
  9. Gently heat up sauce and meat balls before serving over your cooked pasta
