30 Minute Get to Know Each Other Session
During this FREE 30 minute session you will have the opportunity to share your story with me and any goals and objectives you may have. I will share with you my approach to assisting people in their plant-based journey. We will talk about initial steps you can take to get you started and share some resources. Just email me and we can set a date and a time!
In this two and a half-hour session, we will go through all of your canned, jarred, packaged and dried goods and reinvigorate your pantry with healthy alternatives. This is the first step to a better you!

Grocery Store Round-Up
Do the food aisles with all of their tempting fare cause you anxiety each week you go grocery shopping? Well Dr. T. can help you with that. This one hour session will consist of a field trip to your favorite grocery store. You will learn how to navigate the good and the “bad” aisles and come away a winner! Your grocery cart will be filled with healthy delicious foods and it won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Learn tricks of the trade and where you can get the good healthy bargains.

Let’s Get You on Your Way
During this one-hour session we’ll gather background information, determine a few achievable goals, and develop highly individualized user-friendly strategies, accompanied by hand-selected recipes designed to help you begin working toward your healthy objectives, one delicious meal at a time. This can be conducted in person, via Skype or phone consult.

In-Home Cooking Instruction
Dr. T will come to your home and provide private cooking instruction. All meals will follow the plant-based guidelines but will be designed to meet your personal preferences. Sessions are 2 hours and cost $130 plus cost of groceries (food expense averages about $30). We will work together to prepare 2-3 deliciously healthy recipes and leave your kitchen clean and orderly after each session. You will be all set for the coming week with healthy food choices!
In-Home Cooking Instruction: $130
JumpStart 21 is a 21 day program immersion where Dr. T. takes you through adopting a plant-based diet for 21 days. Dr. T. will provide the science behind this diet, provide menus, meal planning, tips, resources and coaching and get you jumpstarted with a 3 meal prep class. An initial 1-hour in-person or phone consult will be conducted to start you on your way. A scheduled 3 meal prep class will take place prior to the first day of the program. This will be followed up with three, 30-minute coaching phone consults scheduled during the 21 days to check on your progress, fine tune anything you may need fine tuning, and provide more resources if needed. A 30-minute post Jumpstart 21 phone consult will provide follow up, resources and next steps to keep you going in the right direction. You will be amazed at your results!

90-Day Whole Enchilada Support Program
Your three full months of comprehensive nutritional coaching support includes a one-hour Let’s Get You On Your Way to gather background information and establish personal goals. We’ll continue with eight, 30-minute (or four 60-minute) follow-up sessions (or a combination), during which we’ll develop effective transitional strategies to help you get on track, and stay on track with your new healthy lifestyle. Includes personalized recipes and customized menu plans, along with unlimited email support. In the Dallas-Fort Worth area, your 90 Day Whole Enchilada Program can include a Pantry Makeover, Grocery Store Round-Up, and In-Home Cooking Session.
